As a high-end venue, we define our attire policy as “Smart Casual” and respectfully ask guests to follow it. The following are not permitted: oversized or informal shorts, themed outfits, sports or athletic apparel, sweatpants, flip-flops/slides, novelty wigs/hats, and any clothing that management considers unsuitable or inappropriate for our staff or patrons. Entry to The QUAY is at Management’s sole discretion.
We maintain the right to decline service to any guest who is improperly attired or under the influence. Should a notable duration elapse, we may need to relocate your party to the bar or another area to accommodate waiting guests or those with prior bookings. This will generally not be requested within two hours of check-in, but all final decisions are at Management’s discretion.
